[K-food] Samyang 1963 Ramen
Hello. Today, I’m introducing Samyang’s new ramen menu: Samyang 1963 Ramen. It’s a premium ramen made by frying noodles in beef tallow, reminiscent of the style before the beef tallow controversy with Samyang Ramen. While it’s not entirely a retro menu like Nongshim’s Nongshim Ramen, it seems to capture the essence of the past Samyang Ramen. I’m quite curious about the taste since it’s my first time trying noodles fried in beef tallow. Let’s find out more about this menu.
