[Korean Food] Gosa Long Ramen RamenKkondae X Jeju Samdasoo

Hello. Today, I am introducing Emart’s new ramen menu, the Gosarong Ramen, a collaboration between the web variety show “Ramen Kkondae” and Jeju Samdasoo. Inspired by the gosari (bracken) ramen created by writer Kim Poong and chef Yoon Nam-no, this unique menu includes Jeju-grown gosari powder and gosari directly in the ramen. Although gosari ramen recipes have been somewhat known before, this might be the first time it has been commercialized like this. Let’s find out more about this menu.

Hello. Today, I will introduce a new cup noodle lunchbox menu from 7-Eleven, which is a unique collaboration with Lotteria. It’s called Squid Alive Spicy Stir-fried Noodles. While it’s not entirely unprecedented, using hamburger sauce as a noodle sauce is quite a unique concept. It seems like a menu that could only be possible because 7-Eleven and Lotteria are part of the same Lotte group. Let’s find out more about this menu.
