Hello. Today I’m introducing Puradak Chicken’s Gochu Mayo Chicken. This isn’t a new item; it’s been quite a long time since it launched as one of Puradak’s signature menus alongside Black Alio. Since its release with gochu mayo sauce and jalapeño topping, it has been well loved, and because it’s close to a core lineup item, full reviews have been relatively rare. This is already the third menu following Kwon Sung-joon (Napoli Mafia) and Chef Jung Ji-sun! It seems there are plans to collaborate with chefs who appeared on “Black and White Chef” as well. Hello. Today, I’m introducing a new menu from Mom’s Touch, part of the Edward Lee Chef Collection 2 lineup: the Thigh Boneless Menu. It’s called the Edward Lee Cream Dijon Big Thigh Boneless. I also tried the K Thigh Burger and Beef Burger, which were released with a combination of red pepper powder and coleslaw, and they were quite tasty.
