Hello! Today, I’m introducing CU’s new product, the Parmesan Chicken Burger, a collaboration with Chef Kwon Sung-jun of ‘Napoli Mafia’ (in Korean ‘나폴리 맛피아’). After the trend of black-and-white chefs passed, and with ‘Napoli Mafia’ having showcased various collaborative menus, I thought no new menu would be released, but this was an unexpected launch! It’s said to be a well-balanced combination of Parmesan cheese and chicken burger with added tomato sauce.
