It’s a renewed version of the previous ‘Choeae 11cheop Hansang’ (in Korean ‘최애11첩한상’), a menu I have enjoyed quite satisfactorily for a long time, so I was curious to see what has changed and decided to purchase it. Hello! Today, I’m introducing CU’s new product, the Parmesan Chicken Burger, a collaboration with Chef Kwon Sung-jun of ‘Napoli Mafia’ (in Korean ‘나폴리 맛피아’). After the trend of black-and-white chefs passed, and with ‘Napoli Mafia’ having showcased various collaborative menus, I thought no new menu would be released, but this was an unexpected launch! It’s said to be a well-balanced combination of Parmesan cheese and chicken burger with added tomato sauce. With a collaboration with Chef Kwon Sung-jun, who is known for making this style of menu well, I couldn’t resist purchasing it! Let’s find out what this menu is all about.
