Hello. Today I’m introducing CU’s new lunchbox menu from the “Overwhelming” series: the CU Overwhelming Mountain of Char-Grilled Bulgogi Lunchbox. CU is already selling a great-value 3,900-won rice-bowl lunchbox, and they’ve been rolling out the Overwhelming series rice bowls pretty quickly too. They pack it with a generous amount of rice and toppings—almost like an extra-large portion—so it’s quite filling, and the items released so far have tasted pretty good, so I’m quietly looking forward to this one as well. Hello. Today’s new lunchbox item from GS25 is the Guam Cube Steak & Fried Rice. Just from the name, it’s a lunchbox with a pretty unfamiliar concept. It’s a collaboration with the Guam Visitors Bureau and Naver Pay, and they say it recreates a local Guam menu. It’s not exactly a combination you’d typically associate with winter, so I got one out of curiosity. Let’s take a look at what it’s like.

Hello. Today I’m introducing Hosigi Two-Chicken’s new menu item, Kkan-sho King. We’ve seen plenty of chicken dishes in the yuringi or kkanpunggi style, and they were a trend for a while. This time, though, it’s a new item made using the sweet-and-tangy chili sauce used for kkan-sho shrimp. They also added real fried shrimp to maximize the flavor. I’m quietly a fan of kkan-sho shrimp too, so I was excited and placed an order. It was a great-value option, perfect both as a drinking snack and as a meal. Let’s take a look at what it’s like.
