Hello, this is Paco. Today’s new Papa Johns menu item I’m introducing is the Gold Cheddar Pepper. As their first release of 2026, they’ve launched a pretty heavy, indulgent option. Unlike the existing Six Cheese, this one is topped generously with American cheddar cheese and finished with spicy red peppers to boost the overall flavor. It’s also especially exciting because it’s a tomato-sauce-based pizza, which has been hard to come by for a while. They’re running a promotion from January through March as well, so I went ahead and ordered it right away. Now, let’s take a closer look at what it’s like.

For the 2026 Seollal holiday, GS25 was the first among convenience store chains to roll out the widest range of offerings. GS25 has long released holiday lunch boxes, assorted jeon, and occasionally tteok-mandu-guk as well, so the lineup is generally quite solid. This time, you can also pre-order through the GS25 convenience store app, so you can place an order and eat it as needed. I pre-ordered this time and tried it right away. Hello. Today I’m introducing GS25’s new lunchbox menu: the “Lunchbox of the Month” February Lunar New Year Special. As I suspected, for February they’ve put out a light holiday-themed lunchbox. This one seems to have made a few small changes to the nine-compartment lunchbox set that GS25 has traditionally released for each holiday. The overall lineup was pretty solid. Puradak Chicken’s new menu item I’m introducing today is Mayo Pinyño, released in February 2026. This is the first chef-created menu item unveiled after Chef Ahn Sung-jae was appointed as the brand’s “Master.” It heightens anticipation by emphasizing the message, “Chicken perfected by Ahn Sung-jae,” and the ad even features the striking verdict, “It’s a hedonistic flavor,” which has me quietly excited. They say it’s a mayo-based chicken with a different kind of appeal from Puradak’s signature Gochu Mayo Chicken. So, shall we take a closer look at what it’s like?
