Today’s new McDonald’s menu item is the Lucky Burger Gold Special, which has returned again for 2026. It has been re-released without fail for the 2025–2026 season as well. This year, it’s drawing even more attention with the e-sports star Faker as the campaign model. Sales began on December 26, 2025, with two items: the Lucky Burger Gold and the Lucky Burger Gold Special. The Lucky Burger Gold Special is a more filling version of the original, boosted in particular by the addition of a hash brown. This year, I’ll be reviewing this menu item.
