Hello. Today I’m introducing Mom’s Touch’s new menu items, the Hudukjuk Thigh Burger & Whole Shrimp Burger, released in March 2026. These burgers are part of Chef Hudukjuk’s “Chef Collection.” One is a Thigh Burger with a distinctive twist, using fish-fragrant chili sauce and gungchae (dried lettuce stem). The other is a shrimp burger that reinterprets the idea of creamy shrimp in burger form.
