Hello. Today’s new Mom’s Touch menu item is the Jalapeño Whole Chicken Burger, released as a limited-time offering in February 2026. Since it’s only sold through this March, I ended up reviewing it today.

After its first launch in 2011, it was discontinued and brought back repeatedly. Still, fans have consistently been waiting for its return. Although this time it’s part of a promotion, it’s finally back. There’s also talk that it received the highest vote share in the event poll tied to this relaunch. Personally, I remember enjoying it, so I ordered it right away. Now, let’s take a closer look at what this menu item is like.

Hello. Today I’m introducing Mom’s Touch’s new menu items, the Hudukjuk Thigh Burger & Whole Shrimp Burger, released in March 2026. These burgers are part of Chef Hudukjuk’s “Chef Collection.” One is a Thigh Burger with a distinctive twist, using fish-fragrant chili sauce and gungchae (dried lettuce stem). The other is a shrimp burger that reinterprets the idea of creamy shrimp in burger form. Both concepts are pretty unique, and since Chef Hudukjuk developed them personally, it’s hard not to be excited. Now, let’s take a closer look at what they’re like.

Hello. Today’s new Mom’s Touch menu is Hudeokjuk Chef’s “Chef Collection” item, Hudeokjuk Thigh Meat Bites. As you’d expect from the Chef Collection line, it reinterprets chicken using the Cyburger sauce. Since I really enjoyed the previous Hudeokjuk Thigh Meat Bites, I ordered this one with quiet anticipation. In particular, the fish-fragrant chili sauce is the real highlight.
