Hello. Today I’m introducing Puradak Chicken’s Gochu Mayo Chicken. This isn’t a new item; it’s been quite a long time since it launched as one of Puradak’s signature menus alongside Black Alio. Since its release with gochu mayo sauce and jalapeño topping, it has been well loved, and because it’s close to a core lineup item, full reviews have been relatively rare. Hello! Today I’m introducing BHC’s new chicken menu item, Sweet Chili King. Each time BHC has released various items ending with “King” lately—like Quasak King and Matcho King—the response has been pretty good. This one, in particular, was launched with the big goal of changing the very idea of classic red-seasoned fried chicken. I also remember really enjoying quite a few BHC menu items released this year, so I’m quietly looking forward to this one as well. Let’s take a closer look at what it’s like.
