[Chicken Review] Sweet Chili King (BHC)

Hello! Today I’m introducing BHC’s new chicken menu item, Sweet Chili King. Each time BHC has released various items ending with “King” lately—like Quasak King and Matcho King—the response has been pretty good. This one, in particular, was launched with the big goal of changing the very idea of classic red-seasoned fried chicken. I also remember really enjoying quite a few BHC menu items released this year, so I’m quietly looking forward to this one as well. Let’s take a closer look at what it’s like.

[K-FOOD] Fabri Fabulous Puradak Chicken

Hello. Today, I’m introducing a new menu from Puradak Chicken, the Chef’s Chicken lineup called “Pabri Pabullo,” created in collaboration with Chef Fabrizio Ferrari, known as “Pabri” in Korea. This is already the third menu following Kwon Sung-joon (Napoli Mafia) and Chef Jung Ji-sun! It seems there are plans to collaborate with chefs who appeared on “Black and White Chef” as well. This menu has a familiar yet slightly unique feel. Let’s find out what the menu is all about.
