Hello. Today I’m introducing Puradak Chicken’s Gochu Mayo Chicken. This isn’t a new item; it’s been quite a long time since it launched as one of Puradak’s signature menus alongside Black Alio. Since its release with gochu mayo sauce and jalapeño topping, it has been well loved, and because it’s close to a core lineup item, full reviews have been relatively rare. Hello. Today, I’m introducing a new menu from Puradak Chicken, the Chef’s Chicken lineup called “Pabri Pabullo,” created in collaboration with Chef Fabrizio Ferrari, known as “Pabri” in Korea. This is already the third menu following Kwon Sung-joon (Napoli Mafia) and Chef Jung Ji-sun! It seems there are plans to collaborate with chefs who appeared on “Black and White Chef” as well. This menu has a familiar yet slightly unique feel. Let’s find out what the menu is all about.
