This is the first chef-created menu item unveiled after Chef Ahn Sung-jae was appointed as the brand’s “Master.” It heightens anticipation by emphasizing the message, “Chicken perfected by Ahn Sung-jae,” and the ad even features the striking verdict, “It’s a hedonistic flavor,” which has me quietly excited. Hello. Today, I’m introducing a new menu from Puradak Chicken, the Chef’s Chicken lineup called “Pabri Pabullo,” created in collaboration with Chef Fabrizio Ferrari, known as “Pabri” in Korea. This is already the third menu following Kwon Sung-joon (Napoli Mafia) and Chef Jung Ji-sun! It seems there are plans to collaborate with chefs who appeared on “Black and White Chef” as well.
