The recipe I will introduce today is a very simple yet remarkably flavorful soybean paste pork neck grill that can be made in almost 20 minutes, excluding the marinating time (about 20 minutes of marinating is sufficient). Unlike Japanese-style miso grill, you can achieve a quite excellent taste with our country’s traditional ‘doenjang’ (in Korean ‘된장’).
