Hello. Today, I will introduce a new menu from Nongshim’s Saengsaeng series: Saengsaeng Flat Tteokbokki Noodles. Although it’s tteokbokki, it’s called noodles, so I guess we should consider it ramen! It’s a premium ramen made by frying noodles in beef tallow, reminiscent of the style before the beef tallow controversy with Samyang Ramen. While it’s not entirely a retro menu like Nongshim’s Nongshim Ramen, it seems to capture the essence of the past Samyang Ramen. I’m quite curious about the taste since it’s my first time trying noodles fried in beef tallow. Let’s find out more about this menu.
