Hello. Today, I’m introducing Samyang’s new ramen menu: Samyang 1963 Ramen. It’s a premium ramen made by frying noodles in beef tallow, reminiscent of the style before the beef tallow controversy with Samyang Ramen. While it’s not entirely a retro menu like Nongshim’s Nongshim Ramen, it seems to capture the essence of the past Samyang Ramen. I’m quite curious about the taste since it’s my first time trying noodles fried in beef tallow. Let’s find out more about this menu.

Hello! Today, I’m introducing a collaborative menu between ‘Ottogi’ (in Korean ‘오뚜기’) and CU, which is the Yellow Kitchen series’ snack bar fish cake ramen. It’s the third menu following the seaweed ramen and egg ramen! Previously, the menus received mixed reviews, with some saying they were too mild or didn’t quite match the snack bar concept. Perhaps that’s why they’ve released a menu that somewhat feels like a snack bar style. Personally, I thought it was quite a unique concept in a market dominated by spicy ramen! Hello! Today’s introduction is ‘Nongshim’s’ (Nongshim) new menu item, the ‘Saewootangmyeon’ (in Korean ‘새우탕면’) instant noodles. It’s not entirely a new menu, as it was released earlier this year as a ‘Homeplus’ (Homeplus) private brand product. It was a product that had a subtle popularity but was discontinued due to circumstances at Homeplus. However, due to many inquiries about its re-release, it has been officially launched. I also reviewed this product in March this year, so I’m curious about how the official release will feel! Shall we check it out right away?
