The Burger franchise itself might be a bit unfamiliar to you, but it started in the Mapo-gu area, advocating for handmade burgers like ‘Frank Burger’, and is now rapidly expanding. Compared to a similar franchise like ‘Frank Burger’, the Burger franchise is slightly behind, but recently, the number of stores is increasing in Seoul and nationwide. Given the nature of franchises, the number of stores might increase quickly! The cheese burger menu is surprisingly good, so it’s worth trying at least once. The price for this menu is 8,500 won for a single item / 12,000 won for a combo at the store! The delivery price is 9,200 won for a single item / 13,600 won for a combo.

The Whole Mozzarella menu has been continuously released by Burger King, right? So, there is a basis for comparison, and it seems like the taste will be at least decent, so I’m quite looking forward to it. ㅎㅎ When you order a hamburger, they use a craft container like this, which seems to be good because the burger doesn’t get squished during delivery! It also seems good for recycling!

When you open the craft container, it’s simply packaged like this! Usually, when you think of a Whole Mozzarella Cheeseburger, it tends to be a bit precarious, but the burger itself isn’t squished, so it’s in better condition than expected. It seems like they used a brioche bun!

From the side, you can see a sauce that looks like ketchup, but it’s not real ketchup; it’s a rich tomato sauce! As expected of a handmade burger franchise, they used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce.

When you turn it around, you can see a thick whole mozzarella patty on top of the meat patty! In the advertisement image, the whole mozzarella patty was under the meat patty, but I guess it doesn’t really matter!

Since it’s hard to check the composition just from the side, let’s cut it in half and take a look. The thickness of the whole mozzarella patty is almost similar to the Burger King menu when compared!

The meat patty is said to be made of 100% beef, and as expected of a handmade burger franchise, the grilled visual is clearly visible. The patty sauce is said to be a mayo-based white sauce!

Surprisingly, tomato sauce is included, and there’s also tomato. Usually, the combination is lettuce, tomato, onion, and the sauce is slightly salty barbecue sauce or spicy sauce, so it’s a slightly unfamiliar combination! ㅎㅎ

Overall, compared to existing Burger King menus, it’s a combination you’ve seen a lot, but the combination of white sauce and tomato sauce might feel slightly unfamiliar to some people.

When you take a bite, the cheese from the whole mozzarella patty stretches, but that’s secondary (as I’ve mentioned before, since hamburgers are a menu to be chewed…), if you only consider the taste, it’s a really familiar taste, but it feels quite different from Burger King’s Whole Mozzarella Whopper.

That’s because the Whole Mozzarella Whopper is a ‘Whopper’, so it has a very strong characteristic taste, but this menu is a handmade burger, so the unique grilled beef patty taste was quite strong! It’s slightly greasy, and thanks to the white sauce, it also has a rich taste!

And the rest is quite ordinary, so the taste is also quite ordinary. The rich tomato sauce felt like a slightly less salty ketchup, but personally, I think a slightly spicy arrabbiata sauce would have also gone well! It might feel slightly rich to the taste of Korean people!

The taste itself is quite good. With the addition of the whole mozzarella patty to the handmade burger composition, it can’t help but be delicious ㅋㅋ However, the sauce combination itself is a bit unfamiliar, and the taste might be slightly rich, which is something to consider but not a disadvantage. ㅎㅎ Personally, I really enjoyed it!

Previously, I only ordered a single Burger item, but this time I had it as a combo and also tried the fries! The saltiness was quite good! ㅎㅎ It was a taste worth ordering again later. If there’s a Burger nearby, this menu is good, and other menus are also worth trying!
