Today’s winter new menu item from No Brand Burger is the Ghost Pepper Salsa Double. With a Scoville rating of 5,203 SHU, it boasts an intense level of heat. It’s said to be among the hottest items currently available across Korea’s burger franchises. Some of you might feel a quiet urge to take on the challenge. Beyond the spiciness, the hearty build made it fairly filling, but the bold heat was still what stood out the most. Let’s take a closer look at what this menu item is like.

Today I’m introducing Nongshim’s new ramen lineup: the K-Pop Demon Hunters Shin Ramyun Mini Cup (3 varieties). The lineup includes three versions—Hamburger, Superstar, and Spicy Queen. If the 1,000-set limited edition released in August 2025 only applied the package design that actually appeared in the film, the menu released this December is said to capture not just the packaging but also the flavors of sausage, cheese, and kimchi in each cup. With Shin Ramyun’s signature spicy, savory broth added in, each ramen had a distinct character and was delicious to enjoy. Now, let’s take a closer look at what each one is like.

Today’s new McDonald’s menu item is the Lucky Burger Gold Special, which has returned again for 2026. It has been re-released without fail for the 2025–2026 season as well. This year, it’s drawing even more attention with the e-sports star Faker as the campaign model. Sales began on December 26, 2025, with two items: the Lucky Burger Gold and the Lucky Burger Gold Special. The Lucky Burger Gold Special is a more filling version of the original, boosted in particular by the addition of a hash brown. This year, I’ll be reviewing this menu item. Let’s take a look at what it’s like.

Hello. Today I’m introducing Nongshim’s new ramen, Shin Ramyun Gold, released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Shin Ramyun. The product previously launched in Asia as “Spicy Chicken” was brought over to North America and rebranded as Shin Ramyun Gold, and this is the version that has been re-imported back into Korea. It combines a chicken-broth base with Shin Ramyun’s signature heat, creating a distinctive flavor that works well. It’s quite spicy and warming, but instead of the savory richness of beef, it stands out for the chicken stock’s unique umami and clean, refreshing finish. Let’s take a closer look at what it’s like.

Lotteria’s first new menu item of 2026, which I’m introducing today, is the Whole Drumstick Crispy Chicken Burger. Created in collaboration with YouTuber Chimchakman, it was launched with the slogan, “An invincible chicken burger you can’t even pick apart.” This release comes in two flavors in particular: Greek Ranch and Fire Hot. This time, I tried the milder Greek Ranch first. The crispy chicken patty was especially impressive. How are the taste and the price? Let’s take a closer look at what this menu item is like.
