Hello. Today’s new menu item from Pizza Maru is the BBQ Chipotle, released in late January 2026. It is said to be a pizza focused on a smoky, spicy flavor, built around three key toppings: flame-kissed pork bulgogi, mild wedge potatoes, and spicy chipotle sauce. Still, the overall lineup is fairly light, so it is not overly hot or intense. That said, it aims for a trendy flavor profile, so I went ahead and bought one right away. Lately, jalapeño- and chipotle-style items seem to be showing up especially often since early 2026. Now, let’s take a closer look at how this one turns out.
