Hello! Today, I’m introducing a new menu item from Mom’s Touch: the Edward Lee K Thigh Burger. It’s one of the three dishes released in the Edward Lee Chef Collection 2! When you think of Mom’s Touch, the Thigh Burger naturally comes to mind, so I chose this menu for my first review. I remember enjoying the previous Edward Lee Thigh Burger with bacon jam quite a bit! I’m subtly excited about this menu as well. Let’s find out what it’s all about!
