It’s a premium ramen made by frying noodles in beef tallow, reminiscent of the style before the beef tallow controversy with Samyang Ramen. While it’s not entirely a retro menu like Nongshim’s Nongshim Ramen, it seems to capture the essence of the past Samyang Ramen.
