Coupang Eats has been rolling out a whole wave of chef-led menus through its “Eats Chef Collection,” and one grabbed my attention instantly: No More Pizza’s new Spicy Ragù Meat Pizza, created with Raymon Kim, a well-known Korean chef. It builds a pie on a ragù-sauce base piled with all sorts of meat toppings, a combination you rarely see even at the big pizza chains, so I ordered it right away. The regular starts at 24,800 won, and it’s a limited run selling for just 12 weeks from July 30. So let’s dig right in.

The Spicy Ragù Meat Pizza: Price and Highlights
This one launched through “Eats Chef Collection,” a No More Pizza x Coupang Eats event. Naturally, the key point is that you can only order it on Coupang Eats. The sale runs for exactly 12 weeks starting July 30. As it happens, this was my very first time ordering from No More Pizza. So let’s start with the price.
- Spicy Ragù Meat Pizza, regular size: 24,800 won list price, 20,800 won with the 16% event discount
- Spicy Ragù Meat Pizza, large size: 33,800 won list price, 29,800 won with the 11% event discount
The price is on the steep side, isn’t it? Still, once you stack the instant discount with a few coupons, you can order it for less than you’d expect. There’s a crust-swap option, too. On top of that, there are plenty of extra-topping options, and if you work the review event well, you can knock a side or a cheese-stuffed crust down to around 2,000 won, so it’s worth keeping in mind.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netI went with the large size for mine, then added a cheese-stuffed crust for 2,000 won through the review event. With the instant discount and the extra discount stacked on, it came out to exactly 30,300 won. It comes with pickles, hot sauce, and Parmesan as standard. A dipping sauce isn’t included by default, which threw me for a second, but since I’d swapped the crust anyway, it was no real loss.

Now let’s check the layout. Usually, when I hear “ragù plus meat pizza,” I only picture the Chicago deep-dish style, so this kind of pie is a first for me. The moment I opened the box, a generous helping of ragù sauce, pepperoni, and sausage was the first thing to catch my eye.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netAt a glance, and true to the name, what stands out first is the look of ragù sauce scooped on here and there. On top of that, you can spot a heap of meat-forward toppings: ricotta, jalapeño, ham, sausage, pepperoni, and more. The presentation alone is genuinely impressive.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netInterestingly, the jalapeño used here is fresh Korean jalapeño. Since it’s fresh, the crisp bite and the spicy aroma feel like they’ve been dialed up a notch. The crust looks excellent and crisp, too.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netWhat’s especially notable is the sauce. Rather than a standard pizza tomato sauce or marinara, they used a house-developed hot honey sauce. Built on a spicy base with a gentle sweetness folded in, it’s meant to deliver a flavor set apart from the usual meat pizza.

Now let’s get straight to the tasting. I lifted off a slice and took a bite right away. The instant it hit my mouth, the deep, concentrated meatiness and distinctive savoriness of ragù sauce spread across my palate, and it was really good. Hearty, yet surprisingly not all that greasy, if that makes sense.

ⓒ
Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netI happen to like ragù quite a bit, but even so, as a Korean through and through, I do find it a touch cloying after a while of eating ragù on its own. This menu seems to have paid attention to exactly that. The nutty character of ricotta, plus the sharp, spicy kick of crisp jalapeño, pulls the overall flavor into balance.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netClearly, the chef’s name wasn’t just lent to the label; it came across as genuinely well made. I’d assumed the hot honey sauce might bring some sweetness, but it landed closer to mildly spicy instead. It isn’t hot enough to feel like a burden, and it tames the richness of the pizza just enough to keep you reaching for another slice.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netHot sauce and Parmesan come as standard, but I honestly never once reached for the hot sauce since it felt largely unnecessary. Meanwhile, a little funky, nutty Parmesan added real depth to the flavor. If you’re a Parmesan fan, ordering an extra one or two to shower on generously would be a nice move.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netOverall, the meaty flavor was excellent, and it paired nicely with the other ingredients. The hot honey sauce did carry a mild kick, but it wasn’t a sauce that really pulled me in. Apparently you can order the hot honey sauce separately later on, so if the chance comes up, I’ll grab some and try it on its own.

Personally, this is a menu I’d recommend to anyone who likes a mildly spicy meat pizza. It’s hard to call it wildly novel, but on the whole the ingredients’ flavors mesh nicely and the composition is solid. No More Pizza, which has only just launched its ad campaign in earnest, still counts as a “relatively” new brand, so if you haven’t tried it yet, ordering this could be a good call. For travelers in Korea, it’s an easy way to sample a Korean chef’s take on delivery pizza.
