Hello. Today’s ramen pick is a private-brand item sold at Emart24: a scallion yukgaejang cup ramen made by Harim. Various scallion ramen products have come and gone, even outside Emart24. In my own reviews alone, there have been quite a few, like Scallion Yeol Ramen, Hong Ramen Scallion Cheese Stir-Fried Noodles, and Scallion Strips Ramen. Not long ago, I reviewed the Large-Bowl Kimchi Stew instant noodles (bag version). It had a pleasantly spicy kick, yet the broth was fairly clear. It felt close to a simple kimchi stew. I still remember it working well as a quick meal. It was also great as a hangover fix. Plus, it paired nicely with extra add-ins.
