Domino’s Pizza has a new menu item this time: Lemon Butter Double Salsiccia. It was released on October 1, 2026 as part of the Eats Chef Collection. The pizza is a collaboration with chef Lee Jun of Soigné, a Michelin two-star restaurant. In other words, it’s a chef Lee Jun pizza. A tangy lemon butter sauce is topped with salsiccia, an Italian sausage, in two styles. The large starts at 33,900 won, and the member-benefit delivery price takes it as low as 27,120 won. Lemon on a pizza is a slightly unfamiliar combination, so my curiosity won out and I ordered one right away. Let’s find out what it’s all about.

Lemon Butter Double Salsiccia: Price and Highlights
This is Domino’s first new menu item in a long while, since Musyuseu. It also launched through the Eats Chef Collection, a collaboration with Coupang. Chef collab aside, I couldn’t easily picture the taste of a lemon butter base paired with salsiccia sausage. So I ordered it right away. Ha. The large is 33,900 won and the medium is 28,000 won, so the price is on the high side. Choosing the dough and the edge separately pushes it up a bit more. That said, Domino’s basic member-benefit delivery price brings the large to 27,120 won and the medium to 22,400 won. Keep that in mind.

Let’s take a quick look at what’s on it. As soon as I opened the box, red sausage and brown sausage were spread evenly over yellowish cheese. Even the color is clearly different from a regular tomato-based pizza, with a bright, yellow look.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netThe base is a lemon butter sauce, not tomato sauce. Romano cream cheese, ricotta and mozzarella are added to it to build a creamy foundation, reportedly. I suspect the yellow color comes from that lemon butter sauce. Ha.

Copyright PAKOC https://pakoc.netThe main topping, the double salsiccia, is exactly what the name says: Italian sausage in two styles. There is a reddish, spicy Cajun style and a fragrant herb style flecked with herbs, both laid on in large crumbles. Meat crumble goes on as well, so the meat toppings are quite generous. Tail-on peeled shrimp are scattered in between, too. It’s a sausage pizza with shrimp on it, so the topping lineup was richer than I expected.

Horseradish sauce and parsley are sprinkled on to finish, adding aroma, reportedly. Taken as a whole, it’s a lemon butter sauce and cream cheese base topped with Cajun and herb salsiccia. Meat crumble, shrimp, mushroom and potato join them. Think of it as a fine-dining sensibility turned into pizza.

Time to dig in. I picked up a slice and took a big bite. At first taste, the fresh scent of lemon surged up through the creamy cheese. I immediately felt a lightness I’d never gotten from a pizza before.

The part I was most worried about was this lemon butter sauce, but it wasn’t as sour as I expected. Butter’s richness forms the base, with a gentle lemon scent layered on top. It lightly tidies up the heavy flavor of the cream cheese. Lemon on pizza felt surprisingly natural. That said, the taste may be polarizing, since there is a slight sweetness to it.

Each salsiccia tasted clearly different. The Cajun one delivers a spicy kick, while the herb one is fragrant and savory. It’s fun to have the flavor change as you alternate bites. That signature salty juiciness of sausage came through well too. Plump and bouncy, the shrimp became a texture highlight. Roasted potato was fluffy and added a filling heft. Mushrooms and onions also cut through the sausage’s oiliness here and there.

That said, given the nature of this menu, there are moments when the cream cheese and lemon butter sauce combination feels heavy. It’s a cheese-sauce-based pizza, so that’s probably unavoidable. Pickles and cola are a must, of course. I’d also order about one extra hot sauce to get through it comfortably. If you only eat classic tomato-based pizza, this may be a tough flavor to adapt to. Ha.

Personally, I was skeptical about a pizza with lemon. But the tang isn’t overdone, and it pairs nicely with the sausage. I was quite happy with it. That said, if you love the classic tomato-sauce pizza taste, the creamy, zesty flavor may feel a little unfamiliar. I’d recommend it to sausage pizza fans, anyone looking for a new kind of pizza, and anyone curious about the chef Lee Jun collaboration. If you want to try it yourself, it can be ordered through Coupang Eats or the Domino’s Pizza app.
