Hello. Today’s new menu item from Pizza Maru is the BBQ Chipotle, released in late January 2026. It is said to be a pizza focused on a smoky, spicy flavor, built around three key toppings: flame-kissed pork bulgogi, mild wedge potatoes, and spicy chipotle sauce. Still, the overall lineup is fairly light, so it is not overly hot or intense. That said, it aims for a trendy flavor profile, so I went ahead and bought one right away. Lately, jalapeño- and chipotle-style items seem to be showing up especially often since early 2026. Now, let’s take a closer look at how this one turns out.

Hello. Today I’m introducing Mom’s Touch’s new menu items, the Hudukjuk Thigh Burger & Whole Shrimp Burger, released in March 2026. These burgers are part of Chef Hudukjuk’s “Chef Collection.” One is a Thigh Burger with a distinctive twist, using fish-fragrant chili sauce and gungchae (dried lettuce stem). The other is a shrimp burger that reinterprets the idea of creamy shrimp in burger form. Both concepts are pretty unique, and since Chef Hudukjuk developed them personally, it’s hard not to be excited. Now, let’s take a closer look at what they’re like.

Hello. Today’s new Mom’s Touch menu is Hudeokjuk Chef’s “Chef Collection” item, Hudeokjuk Thigh Meat Bites. As you’d expect from the Chef Collection line, it reinterprets chicken using the Cyburger sauce. Since I really enjoyed the previous Hudeokjuk Thigh Meat Bites, I ordered this one with quiet anticipation. In particular, the fish-fragrant chili sauce is the real highlight. Hello. Today I’m introducing Nongshim’s new ramen item, Baehongdong Makguksu, released as part of the Baehongdong lineup. This summer, the bibim noodle competition looks like it will be pretty fierce. Still, Nongshim seems to be getting an early start from the beginning of March.

The existing Baehongdong, along with other related items like Baehongdong Jjoljjeol Noodles, has gotten a very positive response. Personally, I also remember enjoying them. So, let’s take a quick look at what this new menu feels like.

Hello. Today’s new Paldo instant noodle I’m introducing is Sangnamja Ramen, Garlic Yukgaejang Flavor, a variation of Namja Ramen. In the overall ramen market, it is hard for it to stand out because of strong competing products. Still, within Paldo’s lineup, it is a heavily promoted item. It is often considered the next flagship after the Wang Ttukkeong and Bibim Men series.

This time, they launched it with a slightly unique concept that combines yukgaejang and garlic. The spicy, rich broth paired well with a fairly bold garlic aroma. Now, let’s take a closer look at what this product is like.
